Fast Fridays - For the ladies

Join Carolyn  & Meghan for a Fast Friday MTB ride at the Railyard. Our goal is to have a strong paced ride between 75-90 minutes. Avg Pace is approx 14-15km/ hour with advanced tech trails. This is a ride for established riders, looking for fun, fast and social riding.  We will try to update the social channels. 


Ride departure time: 9:30AM from the Railyard Parking Lot
